Threshold determinations by record

Comparison quantity, applicable threshold, and engine determination for each inventory record
Record Chemical / CAS Max daily (basis) Threshold Share Determination
Determinations appear here after calculation.

Determination is the engine's Tier II result. "Approaching" marks below-threshold records at 80% or more of the threshold and is a screening aid only.

Calculation basis, conversions & evidence

Each record's basis, conversion, and SDS evidence will be listed here.

Next actions

  1. Calculate to generate record-specific next actions.

Assumptions & limits

  • Quantities are the maximum amount present at any one time during the inventory year, as entered by the preparer.
  • Volume conversions use the entered SDS specific gravity relative to water (8.3454 lb per US gallon at SG 1).
  • Mixture, de minimis, and exemption analyses (for example 40 CFR 370.13) are not performed and must be reviewed separately.
  • State and local programs may set lower thresholds, extra recipients, or fees.

Late-filing exposure (statutory ceiling)

Not assessed. Enter days past due to screen the 40 CFR part 19 per-day maximum.
